PAINTED LEATHER

Each handbag is uniquely adorned with a beautiful interpretation of the artist’s passion.  No two handbags are alike, each one is signed by the artist. Due to its ‘one of a kind’ nature, the handbag creation featured is intended as a representation of the artist’s vision.  The color palette shown will convey, but the placement of colors as well as the fluidity of the design will vary from bag to bag.

Each handbag will be properly prepped to receive the paint medium. The paint medium will add a protective barrier to the leather, but care should be maintained when carrying and storing your ‘work of art’.  Spills of any kind should be wiped off immediately.  To clean, first attempt to buff with a clean cloth or use warm water only on a damp cotton cloth and wipe. To maintain the vibrancy of the colors, store in a dust bag when not in use.

VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICE

LR Designs/LORRARIVERS is providing a platform through our website that helps facilitate virtual interior design and consultation services.  Such services include the “Customer” submitting information about their design project including photos, measurements, and answers to the design questionnaire.  “LR Designs” will respond to the project submittal with an initial design concept review and will provide online interior design/decorating services including a 2D digital design board (3D rendering included for kitchen and bath designs), shopping list with web links, paint color palette, floor plan and shopping tips.

“Customer” may initiate a virtual design project by purchasing a room package and filling out the design questionnaire. 

​

“LR Designs” cannot guarantee color accuracy as colors and textures may appear different on both the “Customer’s” and “LR Designs” computer monitor. 

​

“Customers” are responsible for verifying item sizes recommended before placing orders for shopping list items as sizes may appear different on the digital design board and/or renderings.  “Customers” are solely responsible for checking and verifying all recommendations made by “LR Designs” before ordering the shopping list items and/or implementing “LR Designs” recommendations.

We pride ourselves at LR Designs in providing quality design solutions for a variety of budgets and can’t wait to see your project come to fruition.  We highly recommend that you inspect all of the items upon receipt and immediately contact the vendor if there are any issues.

The following are some tips to help mitigate returns:

​

  • Be sure to request a paint swatch (provided by LR Designs) or color swatch when possible before purchasing.  Double check the product description for size, finish, and material as some may vary in the photos and on the computer screens.  Contact the vendor for more information if there is anything unanswered.

  • Test either the paint swatch provided or paint (test swatch size) during different times of the day and in varying artificial light settings to ensure it is satisfactory.

  • Measure all pertinent entryways, doorways, hallways, etc. to ensure that the products will arrive at the designed room of choice.

  • Professionally measured windows are highly recommended when ordering draperies, shades, and hardware.  Some vendors offer this as a complimentary service.  Please feel free to inquire more about this prior to ordering.

The following are tips to help facilitate smoother returns if needed:

​

  • Inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Refuse the delivery if the damage is noticed while the delivery team is still in your home

  • Document by way of photographs any issues with the delivery

  • Keep all original packaging because it is typically required for processing returns.

 

LR Designs/LORRARIVERS strongly recommends consulting with a licensed professional prior to undertaking any construction activity and will not be held responsible for any consequential or punitive damages arising from such activity.  Likewise, LR Designs/LORRARIVERS will not be responsible for any consequential or punitive damages concerning furniture and décor deliveries.

All design packages are final sale and are non-refundable.

LR Designs/LORRARIVERS reserves the right to use completed virtual design boards in a portfolio and for promotional purposes.  Such use will be without your name or address.

Leather is a natural material and slight variations in grain texture, color and thickness may be evident between/within dye lots or production runs. The fiber structure will vary within a hide and from hide to hide which can impact how the aniline dyes are absorbed. Full aniline leathers will have a higher variation between/within dye lots and therefore we cannot guarantee exact color matching. These inherent properties are not considered a defect.

 

In most cases, the leather is untreated and can be prone to spotting, fading or sometimes loss of color. To help guard against the harmful affects of water, rain or snow, leather must be pre-treated with a protective coating.  Leather handbags are not recommended to get wet under any circumstance.

The LORRARIVERS brand will not accept returns or exchanges for any water damage that may occur on these handbags.

 

As leather ages, it will acquire a patina and may darken due to the oils from the skin as well as from direct sunlight. These external factors will only further enrich the beauty of your natural leather product.

 

To protect your beautiful investment for years of enjoyment, please stuff the handbag with dye free tissue paper and store in a protective dust bag when not in use.  A quality leather care product is recommended for proper care and maintenance.  Please consult a professional leather specialist for more problematic stains.

Where goods are supplied for export, customer is responsible for complying with any and all import regulations and in the country of destination and for paying any import duties.

Date of delivery shall only be taken as an indication, conditions of shipping and transport are not guaranteed.

Terms of delivery shall only commence upon the Confirmation of Order’s receipt and any necessary domestic or foreign certificates have been acquired and/or produced by Customer.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email notifying you that we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order. We will offer you the ability to select a new item or wait for the back order to be filled if applicable.

​

Merchandise must be returned within 5-7 business days of receiving it for an exchange.  Merchandise can not be returned for a refund.

​

All drastic or promotional sales items are final sale.
